Knuckle Joint Press GK Series

As a type of forging press, the GK series knuckle joint press provides capacity ranging from 6300KN to 25000KN, with bolster size (mm) from 700*700 to 1200*1200.

Knuckle joint presses from 4000KN to 16000KN adopt integral structure, while 12000KN is split structure design.

Features of knuckle joint press

The GK-630 series knuckle joint presses adopt pneumatic wet integrated friction clutch brake. The GK-800 to GK-2500 adopt pneumatic dry split friction clutch brake.
The mechanism of the machines is a crank toggle one, which allows the slide to dwell at the bottom dead centre for around 1/18 cycle.
The die height indicator’s accuracy display value is 0.01mm.
Mechanical lower ejector device is part of the standard configurations of the machines.
Controlled by PLC, the machine shows good precision and beautiful appearance. And it is widely applied in various find stamping and extrusion processes
